You should smart phone for good and listen to some relaxing music or call someone that you love and tell them.
- Make a bucket list – This is a list of things that you want to achieve or two before you become too old to be able to do them. It could be something as simple as making small life changes or it could be something like jumping out of an airplane with a parachute on your back. Whatever is on your bucket list, try to address at least some of them and try to figure out ways and how they can be achieved.
